The gun control bills just keep coming here in Indianapolis.
Recently we told you about HB-1089, which shreds our pre-emption law and allows all parks in Indiana to be declared ‘Gun Free Zones’ where we can’t defend ourselves.
But then Senator Andrea Hunley filed SB-130.
This bill creates storage requirements for firearms. But more than that, it creates legal liability for Hoosiers if someone steals our guns and uses them in a crime! It’s nuts.

As you just heard, SB-130 would let Leftist prosecutors like Marion County’s Ryan Mears come after gun owners if someone steals our guns and uses them in a crime!
Mears rarely prosecutes dangerous criminals, but he has plenty of time to attack the Second Amendment.
