Last week’s elections were a wake-up call for Indiana.

Democrats nationwide had a good night in places like NYC, New Jersey, and Connecticut. But it wasn’t just there. In Georgia, the GOP lost two statewide races. In Virginia, the Dems established a dominant control of the House.

Here in Indianapolis, the Democrats are fired up, pushing the worst gun control bills that we’ve seen in years!

They’re all-in. And they’re coming at us from every direction. Here’s what they’re pushing right now in Indianapolis:

►► A push to criminalize the sale of AR-15s and 30-round mags!

SB-247 is a sweeping ban on semiautomatic rifles and commonly owned accessories. It also criminalizes the private sale of firearms, forcing every transfer through a dealer so the government can track it forever.

►► A bill to repeal Indiana’s firearm pre-emption law.

HB-1482 would allow every city, town, and county in Indiana to pass their own gun control ordinances. Your rights would depend on which street you’re standing on.

►► Legislation to disarm 18- to 20-year-olds.

SB-152 would make it a crime for young adults to possess firearms — even though they can vote, pay taxes, enlist in the military, and carry the full weight of adulthood.

►► A ban on homemade firearms.

SB-153 exists for one reason: Democrats can’t confiscate what they don’t know about. This bill would criminalize building your own firearm, registering every component and every part so the government can track and seize them later.

Indiana Democrats are pushing harder than ever — and weak Republicans are already talking about “finding common ground.”

That’s code for surrender.
