Indiana is one of just two states where liberal judges can order the confiscation of a gun owners’ firearms before the gun owner has even been charged – let alone convicted – of a crime. This law is a statewide embarrassment, and it has disarmed many people.
IFC’s House Bill 1375 (sponsored by Rep. Zach Payne) would repeal this law in its entirety and force the government to convict Hoosiers in court before disarming us.
