Indiana’s legislative session is underway, and Democrats in the House and Senate are wasting no time attacking gun rights.
One of the most dangerous gun control bills filed this session is SB-82, a bill that would repeal Indiana’s firearm preemption law — opening the floodgates to local gun control.
If this bill becomes law, it would be a disaster for Hoosiers.
And right now, RINOs are being pushed hard to make a deal to put this bill (and other gun control bills) on the floor for a vote.
