The pre-filing window just opened in Indianapolis, and the gun control bills are being filed right and left!

Democrats have been building up to this for a long time.

They know that Republicans haven’t passed a single pro-gun bill in almost five years. They see the weakness. And now they’re pouncing.

In just the first few days of pre-filing, we’ve already seen:

• A Total Ban on Homemade Firearms (SB-16); this bill would prevent gun owners from making guns at home using 80% lowers. This is very common…but the Dems want to make it a felony going forward!
• A Total Repeal of our State Pre-Emption Law (SB-82); Indy and other blue cities want to pass their own gun control laws so they can crack down on law abiding gun owners, while criminals run wild!
• A Deadly ‘Safe Storage’ Law (HB-1021); this law would force us to lock up our guns virtually 24 hours a day. And if you can’t get to your gun in time to defend yourself during a middle-of-the-night home invasion, the Dems don’t care.

These bills have all been filed in the last 3 days.

There are A LOT of other bills coming!

The Democrats are emboldened. The GOP is too terrified to fight. And with so many gun owners disengaged now that the presidential election is behind us, the threat is greater than ever.
