It’s go time in the fight for freedom!

The 2024 legislative session just kicked off here in Indianapolis and with it, our fight to defend and expand the Second Amendment is going into high gear!

Gun owners have accomplished a lot over the last few years, including passing Constitutional Carry!

But given what we are facing, this session may be even bigger in terms of our right to keep and bear arms.

Our primary focus must be to STOP the expansion of ‘Red Flag’ gun seizures here in Indiana.

Red Flag Gun Seizures allow liberal judges to hear bogus complaints against you and then order the seizure of your firearms before you’ve been charged or convicted of anything!

And with Joe Biden is offering Indiana RINOs tens of millions of dollars if they expand our current ‘Red Flag Gun Seizure’ laws, and in the wake of several recent shootings, the pressure is rising in Indianapolis!

But that’s not all.

IFC is also leading an offensive program to stop Joe Biden’s Executive Orders and any gun control coming out of D.C.!

The Second Amendment Preservation Act (SAPA) prevents Joe Biden from using Indiana cops to enforce his Executive Orders attacking our gun rights.

Passing SAPA would truly make Indiana one of the best states in the nation for gun owners and our precious Second Amendment!
